Refund and Return Policy
At the German store, we place your satisfaction as our top priority. Since we are dealing with precision spare parts, We have put in place a flexible policy that guarantees your right to receive the correct part in perfect condition.
Firstly: Time period
- The customer has the option to request an exchange or return within (3) working days only from the date of receiving the shipment.
secondly: General terms and rules
To complete the return or exchange process, The following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition and in its original factory packaging. It has not been opened, used, or installed in the vehicle.
- The original purchase invoice or electronic order number must be attached.
- The customer bears the shipping costs (for returns or exchanges) unless there is a mistake on the part of the store in sending the item or there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Third: Exceptions (very important)
Based on the nature of the car parts, The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Electrical and electronic components: (due to their sensitivity and susceptibility to immediate damage upon incorrect testing).
- Special orders: Parts that are specially imported based on the customer’s request with the chassis number (VIN).
- Any piece that was scratched or broken, Or it showed signs of installation.
Fourth: Refund mechanism
After receiving the item and having it inspected by our technical team and confirming that it meets the return conditions, The amount will be refunded to the customer’s account (using the same original payment method) within a period of 7 to 14 business days.
